Stage 20, whoever holds the jersey at the end of today’s stage will be the overall winner of the race.

Today’s post was going to be on the descent of the Notre-Dame-Du-Pré, so sticking with it. Arguably the trickiest descent of the entire race. In my eyes it’s worse than the Mont du Chat that took out Gerraint Thomas and Richie Porte in 2017. It is a narrow, twisting and steep descent. But landslides have meant a modified race route, so the riders are spared the stress of trying to negotiate it.
